The YMCA is excited to announce a new addition to the senior leadership team, Tiffany McNeely. McNeely will serve as the Chief Financial Officer for both the Stephens Family YMCA in Champaign and Bloomington-Normal YMCA location in this new, exciting, and unique opportunity.


McNeely graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Accountancy and has twenty-seven years of financial experience from a variety of roles in the Central Illinois area.


Her professional list of expertise highlights her credentials including training and management, reconciliations and analyses, procedure creation and implementation, taxes and reporting, and human relations. McNeely possesses an undeniable ability to maneuver the full scope of financial management and planning for our YMCA’s.


McNeely states she brings ‘earnest devotion and an eagerness to learn’ to all of her endeavors.


At the YMCA, we strive to be a ray of hope that inspires people to be better. Outside of being an accomplished professional, McNeely is an active member of the community. McNeely has experience as a court advocate for neglected and abused youth, a tutor and a mentor for people navigating their educational journey, and a Sunday school teacher for children and adults. Her time and dedication in these roles aligns perfectly with our mission to build and strengthen our communities.
