Need a one-night getaway for some self-care or a date night? Leave the kiddos with us for our Parents' Night Out event!

On Friday, March 15th, the YMCA will be hosting a Parents' Night Out, where parents can leave their children with our caring and professional Youth Development team so they can hit the town! Your kiddos will get to enjoy games in our Child Watch/Kid's Adventure area, go swimming in the Recreation/Therapy pool, enjoy dinner, and then wind down with arts & crafts and a movie!

This event is for YMCA members only.

FAQ

Will my kids need anything other than a swimsuit? Kids ages 3 months through 1 year will need to have food provided for them, as well as any other necessities they may need (diapers, wipes, spare clothes, etc.) Kids ages 3 months - 3 years will not be swimming out of an abundance of safety precautions to ensure that we are keeping all children safe, therefore children within this age range do not require swimwear. Kids aged 4-12 will only need a swimsuit and towel. It is recommended that kids bring a water bottle, but it is not a requirement. For kids ages 2 - 12 years, dinner will be provided.

When should I drop off and pick up my child? Are they required to stay the whole time? The program will run from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. You are able to drop your child off as early as 4 p.m. and should pick your child up no later than 9 p.m. You are able to drop off or pick up at any time between these hours. However, we recommend that you drop your child off before 4:30 p.m. to avoid them missing out on any programming and fun activities!

What will my child be eating for dinner? Dinner will be provided for kids 2 to 12 years and will most likely change for every Parents' Night Out, but you can count on something that your child will love! Pizza, pasta, sandwiches and anything in-between. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, then please note this on their registration form and confirm with staff upon drop-off.
