Personal training at the YMCA is about YOU! Our Personal Trainers will help you achieve your wellness goals in a program that fits your needs. If you're having difficulties setting and achieving those, our nationally certified team will assist you in delivering results. Your training program will emphasize and encourage healthy living as a lifestyle in comparison to a short term solution. Our team will provide you with nutritional and behavioral coaching, strength training, cardiovascular improvements, and flexibility exercises. Take your wellness to the next level today!

 

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Meet with a personal trainer to discuss your goals. Sessions will be scheduled with your trainer based on individual availability. Each workout will be specifically designed to help you reach your goals.

PARTNER TRAINING

Training side-by-side with a partner helps keep you motivated, gives you added support, can help you enjoy your workouts more and is more affordable than training alone. Partner Training is an excellent option for friends, spouses, and teammates.

OUTRACE 45

Outrace 45 involves eight individuals and one personal trainer for a "personalized feel" training program! Using various exercises on the Outrace, Kinesis and SkillRun, participants will not only gain strength and stamina, but knowledge on how to use the equipment.

INBODY SCAN

Looking to get the specific numbers behind your fitness journey? YMCA Members can now utilize our InBody Scan unit in our Wellness Assessment office, where we'll give you the rundown of your body composition!

Note: Please do not register for this program if you have a pacemaker or other essential medical support device. The InBody Scan unit may disrupt the functionality of these devices.
