Looking for family fun that will promote health and wellness in your children ages 4-8 years old? Join us for Little Lifts, a new class offering for families to enjoy fitness together! This monthly offering takes place on Saturday mornings, each session lasting only 30 minutes and comprised largely of basic lifts that you and your kiddos can do together!
