What is the cancellation/refund policy for Y Clubs?

Monthly billing will be processed on the 25th of the month prior. Families can cancel a monthly session as long as a written request is sent to youthdevelopment@bnymca.org by the 20th of each month. If a request is received during this time period, the scheduled monthly payment will be cancelled. If a request is received after the 20th of the month but before the start of the monthly session, then a system credit will be given. If a request is received after the start of the monthly session, then no refund will be given.

What is the policy regarding late/returned payments?

Late payments will have an added fee of $10 and must be paid prior to the start of the program.

Returned payments will have an added fee of $25 and must be paid prior to the start of the program.
