Joshua has been practicing yoga since 2012 and been teaching since 2017. The years that he has  spent on his yoga mat have inspired a continued interest in mobility and strength training and how to apply those principles for a better quality of life. He holds both an RYT-200 and RYT-300 and most recently finished additional ACE training and explored the foundations of strength conditioning. He has a long history of working one on one with clients to build a custom curriculum to address their individual needs. Whether you are looking to get stronger, access more mobility, or move your body in a more efficient way, Joshua is eager to work with you and help get you that much closer to your goals.
