It's almost time for another MOSSA Launch! Join us beginning April 22nd for MOSSA classes with NEW workouts for everyone to enjoy! Whether you're looking for the high-octane cardio of Group Blast, the invigorating mind-body workout of Group Centergy, or anything in between, there's a class for everyone!

Monday, April 22nd: Oatmeal Bar, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Tuesday, April 23rd: Ice Cream, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday, April 24th: YMCA Fitness Table (Spin the wheel for prizes/exercises) 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday, April 25th: Action Wellness will be joining us on the Wellness floor, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Friday, April 26th: Melissa's Healthy Start: Lit Teas, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Pop-Up Group Blast Class w/ Mandy in Studio A, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
