Please note that after you've completed your pool pass purchase with the YMCA, there are additional steps in order to redeem with the City of Bloomington. In order to receive your pool pass, you are required to create an ActiveNet account with the City of Bloomington and you must present a receipt of your purchase to the City of Bloomington in-person. Please see the "How do I collect my Pool Pass after I purchase it from the Y?" section below for instructions on collecting your Pool Pass.

How do I collect my Pool Pass after I purchase it from the Y?

Once you've purchased your Pool Pass AND set up your ActiveNet account and added all of the family members who would fall under your pass with the City of Bloomington, you can bring your receipt to either O'Neill Aquatics Center or the Holiday Pool at the times listed below OR any time during their operating hours after they open for the 2024 season to collect your Pool Pass. There is NO deadline for picking up your pool pass, as long as it falls within the 2024 season. Dates for pick-up of your passes and opening dates are listed below:

O'Neill:

  • May 20th - 23rd | 4 - 7 pm
  • May 24th | 2 - 7 pm

Opening Day: May 25th

Holiday:

  • May 30th | 12 - 4 pm

Opening Day: May 31st

VIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Pool passes are non transferable.

  • Pool passes are sold per individual, not household.

  • Per the YMCA’s Best Practices and Terms and Conditions of Membership, those represented on my Household Membership must reside in my permanent residence. I cannot add an individual that does not reside in my household to purchase a pool pass. 

  • My YMCA membership must remain active through the end of the pool season (September 30th, 2024) to be eligible for this promotion.

  • If I cancel my YMCA membership before the term date, I will be automatically charged the difference of $26 dollars per pool pass.

  • I must create an online account through the City of Bloomington prior to receiving my pool pass from the City of Bloomington.

  • I must provide a receipt for each pool pass purchased through the YMCA to the City of Bloomington to receive my pool passes.

  • This promotion is not eligible for additional discounts.

  • Nationwide Members are not eligible for this promotion.
