GET AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION

Looking to up your game in the pickleball kitchen? Join us for a specialized version of Outrace 45 that focuses on providing you the skills that you need to succeed in pickleball! Exercises will focus on movements that are fundamental to the sport and will help you improve your agility, shoulder mobility, stability and coordination!

Participants who sign up for the program are welcome to join us for an introductory meeting on February 3rd from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

This program is for YMCA members only.

Note: A maximum of 8 participants are allowed in each session.
