Mom-2-Be Fitness Page Photo

Mom-2-Be Fitness is a circuit style, total body fitness class designed specifically for expecting mothers! Each 45 minute class will consist of a total body warm-up, workout and long cooldown and meditation, incorporating stretches to prep the body for birth. A variety of equipment including dumbbells, mats, and bands will be used. All fitness and experience levels are welcome!

Zoë C. enjoyed exercising and health so much that she decided to pursue a career in it. She is a mom of an active toddler boy and has one more on the way! She also is a certified exercise physiologist and holds a master's in Kinesiology. During her first pregnancy, she taught Fit4Baby through Fit4Mom and fell in love with teaching prenatal exercise classes and helping expectant mothers stay active and safe during their pregnancies. There continues to be a need for prenatal exercise classes in the community so she is thrilled to teach Mom-2-Be programs.
