STREAM CLASSES FROM ANYWHERE!
You don't need to be at the Y to take advantage of Group Fitness! The TechnoGym app offers a wide range of different fitness classes and allows you to stream fitness classes from anywhere, whether you're at home or on the go.
Note: we also offer streamed classes in Studio A on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you'd like to give them a shot while you're at the Y!
