In support of our mission, we offer a financial support program for families and individuals experiencing financial hardship and/or extenuating circumstances so they may have the opportunity to participate in membership and programs at the Y. 

An application can be downloaded by clicking below or obtained at our facility at 202 St. Joseph Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701.

NOTE: Only complete applications with all required documentation attached will be reviewed. The reviewing process can take up to three weeks. Incomplete applications are immediately returned to the applicant.
