EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION

Join a member of the Wellness Team for an in-depth review of the equipment on the Dobski Family Wellness Center floor. Through our time together, we will review use and setup of the cardio and strength-based equipment on the Wellness Center floor and the BNYMCA app. Equipment Orientations are now welcoming families with children ages 8+ as long as a parent or guardian is present.

6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

COST & ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Equipment Orientations are free to attend. Meet outside Studio B at the start of your session. Be sure to bring your phone with the BNYMCA app already downloaded. Register online or at the front desk.
