challenge begins monday, february 4 through sunday, march 31

Bonus classes:

Each week you have an opportunity to earn an bonus points for participating in certain classes. Our challenge to all of our participants is to step outside of your comfort zone and try a new class! Bring a friend to try the class with you. After all, we're better together!

Week 1
Monday Feb 4th- Defend Together 10am & Zumba 6:35pm
Tuesday Feb 5th- Aqua Move 8:00am & Water Warrior 12:00pm
Thursday Feb 7th- Ultimate Workout 5:40am & Active Together 5:30pm

Tuesday Feb 12th- Chair Yoga 9:15am & Cardio Step 6:15pm
Wednesday Feb 13th- Aqua Low 9:00am
Friday Feb 15th- Silver Sneakers 9:10am & Strength Train Together 12:00pm
Sunday Feb 17th- Balance and Flex 3:00pm

Wednesday Feb 20th- Strength Train 5:30am, Cycle30 12pm, & WERQ 6:35pm 
Saturday Feb 23rd- Saturday Shake-up 9:00am & Aqua Fit 12:15pm
Week 4
Monday Feb 25th- Fitness Yoga 5:45am & Strength Train 5:30pm
Thursday Feb 28th- Aqua Yoga 9:00am, Active Together 9:15am, & Push Pull Move 4:15pm
Week 5
Tuesday Mar 5th- Core Focus 5:10am, Balance and Flex 10:15am & Active Together 5:15pm
