Jumpstart your mornings and energize your New Year with New Year 30! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program is designed to ignite your energy, rev up your metabolism, and build strength and endurance—all in just 30 minutes!
Join us on the Wellness Floor from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 7th - January 30th for a time-efficient, high-energy workout that will improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance and energy levels! This program is for YMCA members only.
Cost: $45 for all 8 sessions
