FUN WORKOUTS WITH A HOLIDAY TWIST
Looking for some motivation to get moving through the upcoming holiday season? Join us on Saturdays throughout the month of December from 9 to 9:30 a.m. for some quick and fun 30-minute workouts that will get your heart racing! We'll also be bumping some holiday jams for you to enjoy while you exercise! This program is for YMCA members only.
Cost: $10
Registration for each of these sessions opens on November 25th! Registration closes two days prior to the session.

SCHEDULE
- Saturday, December 7th: Back Attack
- Build a strong, toned upper body with this back and shoulder-focused class! We'll incorporate rows, push-ups, and more to strengthen your lats, traps, and shoulders for better posture and definition.
- Saturday, December 14th: Leg Day Blitz
- Power through this lower-body focused workout with lunges, deadlifts, and explosive plyometric moves like jump squats. It's a quick but effective way to torch fat and build leg strength.
- Saturday, December 21st: Full Body Holiday
- This holiday-themed workout will be a mix of full-body exercises with some festive flair! Think Santa sprints? and reindeer lunges? It's a fun, fast-paced class that will keep you in shape and in the holiday spirit!
