Parker chose to become a trainer/coach because he saw what a difference eating a more nutritious diet and routine exercise did for him. He started to feel the difference in everyday activities and his self-confidence grew. Feeling that difference inspired him to help others reach their goals. “I would urge anyone who is uncertain about working with a trainer, or has previously tried to lose weight and/or achieve greater health and been unsuccessful to consider working with me because I do bring the whole package to the table. I do share a vested interest in my clienteles’ success. I will work tirelessly to provide the best, and most enjoyable, experience one could expect or want by combining practical experience with the best quality research available.” 


Parker has experience and knowledge in pain science and injury rehab, nutrition for sport or healthy living, and exercise for health, longevity and sports performance.
