Bloomington-Normal YMCA

Youth Soccer League

This league is for all Bloomington-Normal youth. All practices and games will be played outdoors on natural grass. The fields are located on the northwest side of the intersection of East Washington St. and St. Joseph Drive. Volunteer coaches/mentors are assigned a team and provide encouragement, support, and direction while teaching the game of soccer. The soccer league is much more than soccer...and has more to do with the game of life.

  • To increase physical activity
  • Improvement of individualized self confidence
  • Foster an environment of inclusiveness
  • Encourage and learn the value of teamwork and shared sacrifice

YMCA Youth Soccer League fosters an environment of inclusiveness for your child to learn new skills in the game of soccer. Understanding that the development of youth does not occur at the same time for all ages, this program is uniquely designed to provide children ages 4 to 12 with a style of play that is best suited for them!
