Personal training at the YMCA is about YOU! Our Personal Wellness Coach will help you achieve your wellness goals in a program that fits your needs. If you're having difficulties setting expectations and achieving those, our training coaching team will assist you in delivering results. Your personal training program will emphasize and encourage healthy living as a lifestyle in comparison to a short term solution. Your Personal Wellness Coach will provide nutritional coaching, strength training, cardiovascular improvements, and flexibility exercises. Take your wellness to the next level with our certified coaches supporting you each step of the way!

Personal Training Rates:

1 Session

Member: $30; Non-Member: $40

3 Sessions

Member: $85; Non-Member: $95

6 Sessions

Member: $170; Non-Member: $180

9 Sessions

Member: $255; Non-Member: $265

12 Sessions

Member: $310; Non-Member: $320

Single Partner Sessions

Member: $20; Non-Member: $30 (Each partner pays)

All training sessions are 30 minutes in length
