Group Fitness and Aqua Fitness classes are included in your Y membership!  Punch cards for Group Fitness can also be purchased at the front desk.

GET MOVING THIS WINTER WITH OUR GROUP FITNESS CHALLENGE!

We want you to keep moving this winter!  Complete 20 fitness classes by March 7, 2017, and earn prizes, have fun, and keep moving.  Here’s how:

  1. Stop by the front desk to pick up a fitness challenge punch card. Cards can be picked up between Jan 1st-Feb 7.  The earlier you sign up, the more time you have to complete your classes and finish by March 7th.
  2. Take fitness classes and have the instructor initial the card after each class.
  3. Complete 1 fitness class: stop by the desk and pick up your free Y t-shirt (sizes available while supplies last); complete your 10th fitness class and get a Y keychain from your instructor; complete your 20th fitness class and be entered in a drawing for 6 months of free hydromassage bed added to your membership!
Group Fitness Instructor Training Program (ITP)
