Step 1:  
Visit our website to fill out the group fitness form and a YMCA personnel will contact you by email.  

Step 2:  
During your consultation,
share basic info about your current physical condition, interests, and goals.

Step 3:
Attend a class!  Our Group Fitness personnel will find the best fit for you!
