YMCA Summer Day Camp

Join us for some hot fun in the summertime!  No one does summer camp like the Y!  For years we have provided days filled with activities, games, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, special events and field trips for campers.  Your child will enjoy a traditional day camp atmosphere with scheduled activity periods in a safe, fun action-packed environment.  Campers will make friends and memories that will last a lifetime.  Our trained and experienced counselors will foster children's development of the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility through age appropriate activities and service-learning projects.  Each week, campers will swim twice and participate in a fun and education weekly special event or field trip.  Camp rusn 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. daily, with early drop off between 7:00-9:00 a.m. and late pick-up from 4:00-5:30 p.m. for the convenience of busy families at no additional cost.  Daily drinks and a healthy snack are included.  Campers will also receive a free T-shirt each week (maximum of 5) on the 1st day of camp.  Watch our website for updated parent handbook and developing information about weekly themes, field trips and special events.

Mandatory Parent Meetings (must attend one):

Wednesday, June 1 or Thursday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m.  Please download and review the parent handbook from this website prior to meeting-look for it in April.  Copies will also be available at the meeting.  Child care will be provided for the meeting.

June 6-August 12, 2011:  There will be a 10 one-week day camp sessions (no camp on July 4th).  Held at Northpoint Elementary School.  Maximum of 100 campers/session.

August 15-August 26 2011:  There will be 2 one-week day camp sessions.  Held at the YMCA.  Maximum of 60 campers/session.
